You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason if your order has not yet been shipped.

The deadline for canceling an order is 15 days from the date on which you received the goods or from the date on which a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the delivered product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an explicit statement.

We will refund you no later than 30 days from the date on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method used for the order and you will not incur any costs for this refund.

Return conditions:

In order for the goods to be returned, please ensure that:

The goods have been purchased within the last 30 days

The goods are in their original packaging

The following products cannot be returned:

The supply of products that are made to measure or clearly personalised.

The supply of goods which, by their nature, are not suitable for return, for example goods that deteriorate rapidly or whose use-by date has passed.

The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and which have been opened after delivery.

The supply of goods which, after delivery, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning the goods

You bear the costs and risks of returning the goods. The goods must be sent to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable postal service. We will not be able to issue a refund without the actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery of the return.

Gifts:

If the products were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the return. Once the returned product is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the products were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the sender of the gift received the order to ship it to you at a later date, we will send the refund to the sender.
