{"id":794,"date":"2025-11-19T09:47:33","date_gmt":"2025-11-19T09:47:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/technocasting.it\/?page_id=794"},"modified":"2025-11-20T12:26:27","modified_gmt":"2025-11-20T12:26:27","slug":"politica-di-reso-e-rimborso","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/technocasting.it\/en\/politica-di-reso-e-rimborso\/","title":{"rendered":"Return and Refund Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-f0c67740\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Return and Refund Policy<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This Policy governs the methods of order cancellation, returns, refunds and applicability of the right of withdrawal for purchases made on the site&nbsp;<strong>Techno Casting<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All Techno Casting products (boats, modules, systems, upgrades, configurations and installed accessories) are&nbsp;<strong>assembled, configured or prepared upon customer request<\/strong>, with components specifically prepared at the time of order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Cancellation of the Order (before the start of processing)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can request to cancel your order&nbsp;<strong>only if the processing, assembly or preparation phase has NOT yet begun<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the preparation process has started, the order becomes&nbsp;<strong>final and non-cancellable<\/strong>, although:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the goods have not yet been shipped,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the goods were not entrusted to the courier,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the goods were not delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded.&nbsp;<strong>net of optional accessories, upgrades or customizations<\/strong>, which are never refundable as they are prepared upon request at the time of ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To request cancellation:<br>\ud83d\udce9&nbsp;<strong><a>info@technocasting.it<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Right of Withdrawal (NOT applicable to Techno Casting products)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with the\u2019<strong>Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of Legislative Decree 206\/2005<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>the right of withdrawal does NOT apply<\/strong>&nbsp;to the goods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>not prefabricated,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>made at the request of the consumer,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>assembled to order,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>configured according to the customer&#039;s choices,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>customized or modified in a non-reversible way.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Techno Casting products are included&nbsp;<strong>in full<\/strong>&nbsp;in this category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>There is no right of withdrawal after order confirmation<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>withdrawal is not applicable\u00a0<strong>even if the shipment has not yet taken place<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the start of product preparation makes the order\u00a0<strong>binding and non-cancellable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Exceptions: NON-personalized products<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The right of withdrawal can be exercised&nbsp;<strong>for standard products only<\/strong>, non-customized and not subject to technical configurations or installations on request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In such cases, withdrawal is possible within&nbsp;<strong>14 days<\/strong>&nbsp;from delivery, according to the conditions established by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Exclusions from Refund (Art. 59 Consumer Code)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The following will not be refundable under any circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Optional accessories<\/strong>, including:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>extra batteries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>spare parts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wi-Fi antennas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>extra propellers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any other additional accessories<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Upgrades and custom configurations<\/strong>, installed or not:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>anti-tipping systems (TC SeaUNIcorn, TC SeAres)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fishfinders (with portable or larger display)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TC Duo Power system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>additional light modules (TC Supernova)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any component assembled, configured or prepared for the customer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Customized or tailor-made products<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sealed items opened after delivery<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perishable or rapidly wear-and-tear products<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Goods inseparably mixed with others after delivery<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>These categories fall within the exclusions provided for by the&nbsp;<strong>Consumer Code \u2013 Art. 59<\/strong>, and then&nbsp;<strong>are non-refundable and non-returnable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Return Conditions (for eligible products only)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Products that do not fall under the exclusions can only be returned if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the purchase dates back to\u00a0<strong>no more than 15 days<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the product is\u00a0<strong>intact and never used<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>is present the\u00a0<strong>original packaging<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are included\u00a0<strong>all accessories, manuals and components<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Techno Casting reserves the unquestionable right to&nbsp;<strong>reject<\/strong>&nbsp;non-compliant returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Refund<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The refund will be issued within&nbsp;<strong>60 days<\/strong>&nbsp;from confirmation of cancellation (if admissible) or from receipt of the returned compliant product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The refund will be made via the&nbsp;<strong>same payment method used for the order<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of a non-compliant return, the refund will be refused. The product may be returned to the customer at their expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Return of Goods (expenses and responsibilities)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Shipping costs and risks associated with the return are&nbsp;<strong>at the customer&#039;s expense<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is recommended to use a service&nbsp;<strong>traceable and insured<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The refund will not be made in the absence of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>actual receipt of the goods, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>valid and verifiable proof of delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Return address:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Techno Casting<\/strong><br>Via Marino Dalmonte, 115<br>00123 \u2013 Rome (RM)<br>Italy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Products received as gifts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift certificate will be issued.\u00a0<strong>voucher of the same value<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the order was placed by someone else, the refund will be issued\u00a0<strong>to the original purchaser<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9.
