Return and Refund Policy

This Policy governs the methods of order cancellation, returns, refunds and applicability of the right of withdrawal for purchases made on the site Techno Casting.

All Techno Casting products (boats, modules, systems, upgrades, configurations and installed accessories) are assembled, configured or prepared upon customer request, with components specifically prepared at the time of order.

1. Cancellation of the Order (before the start of processing)

You can request to cancel your order only if the processing, assembly or preparation phase has NOT yet begun.

Once the preparation process has started, the order becomes final and non-cancellable, although:

the goods have not yet been shipped,
the goods were not entrusted to the courier,
the goods were not delivered.

In case of cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded. net of optional accessories, upgrades or customizations, which are never refundable as they are prepared upon request at the time of ordering.

2. Right of Withdrawal (NOT applicable to Techno Casting products)

In accordance with the’Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to the goods:

not prefabricated,
made at the request of the consumer,
assembled to order,
configured according to the customer's choices,
customized or modified in a non-reversible way.

Techno Casting products are included in full in this category.

Therefore:

There is no right of withdrawal after order confirmation,
withdrawal is not applicable even if the shipment has not yet taken place,
the start of product preparation makes the order binding and non-cancellable.

3. Exceptions: NON-personalized products

The right of withdrawal can be exercised for standard products only, non-customized and not subject to technical configurations or installations on request.

In such cases, withdrawal is possible within 14 days from delivery, according to the conditions established by law.

4. Exclusions from Refund (Art. 59 Consumer Code)

The following will not be refundable under any circumstances:

Optional accessories, including:

extra batteries
spare parts
Wi-Fi antennas
extra propellers
any other additional accessories

Upgrades and custom configurations, installed or not:

anti-tipping systems (TC SeaUNIcorn, TC SeAres)
fishfinders (with portable or larger display)
TC Duo Power system
additional light modules (TC Supernova)
any component assembled, configured or prepared for the customer

Customized or tailor-made products

Sealed items opened after delivery

Perishable or rapidly wear-and-tear products

Goods inseparably mixed with others after delivery

These categories fall within the exclusions provided for by the Consumer Code – Art. 59, and then are non-refundable and non-returnable.

5. Return Conditions (for eligible products only)

Products that do not fall under the exclusions can only be returned if:

the purchase dates back to no more than 15 days,
the product is intact and never used,
is present the original packaging,
are included all accessories, manuals and components.

Techno Casting reserves the unquestionable right to reject non-compliant returns.

6. Refund

The refund will be issued within 60 days from confirmation of cancellation (if admissible) or from receipt of the returned compliant product.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the order.

In the event of a non-compliant return, the refund will be refused. The product may be returned to the customer at their expense.

7. Return of Goods (expenses and responsibilities)

Shipping costs and risks associated with the return are at the customer's expense.

It is recommended to use a service traceable and insured.

The refund will not be made in the absence of:

actual receipt of the goods, or
valid and verifiable proof of delivery.

8. Products received as gifts

If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift certificate will be issued. voucher of the same value.
If the order was placed by someone else, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
